Enquiries

If you submit a project enquiry or free process review request, we process the information you provide so we can understand and respond to your request. This can include your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number, and the business information you choose to provide.

Service providers

FlowNorth Digital uses third-party services to operate the website and handle business communications, including Cloudflare, Microsoft 365 and Resend. Information may be processed by these providers where necessary to deliver the relevant service.

Google Ads measurement

The website uses Google Ads measurement to understand whether advertising leads to useful actions such as enquiries. Advertising, analytics, user-data and personalisation storage are denied by default unless you accept them in the privacy banner. If you reject non-essential storage, those storage and personalisation permissions remain denied. Google may still receive limited consent-mode signals without advertising cookies so that consent status can be respected and measurement can be modelled in aggregate.

Retention and your rights

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage legitimate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
